The core of this technology is an osmotic film-forming concrete protection material, which forms a protective layer on the concrete surface that is waterproof, freeze-thaw resistant, chloride-ion resistant, and capable of color adjustment. The material organically combines osmotic substances with film-forming components: part of the active ingredients penetrate into the concrete interior and react with functional groups in the concrete to form a 1–3mm protective layer, while another part remains on the concrete surface to form a hydrophobic and breathable protective film. A single coat achieves a three-layer protection effect.
1 : Waterproof & Chloride-ion Resistant: It provides effective waterproofing and chloride-ion erosion resistance, reducing water penetration by over 90% and chloride-ion penetration by over 85%, which significantly slows down concrete deterioration.
2 : High Weather Resistance : Boasts outstanding weather resistance. After undergoing high-low temperature cycling, artificial aging, and UV irradiation, the coating maintains intact performance.
3 : Strong Carbonation Resistance : Excellent carbonation resistance, which greatly retards the concrete carbonation rate.
4 : Acid, Alkali & Salt Resistance: Good resistance to chemical corrosion from acids, alkalis, and salts.
5 : High Water Vapor Permeability: Features favorable water vapor permeability with a water vapor transmission rate of up to 70%.
