Product Introduction

Introduction

This technology is based on nano-molecular silane materials, providing three-dimensional protection for concrete structures through full immersion. Silane molecules penetrate into the internal pores of concrete and form a permanent protective layer via chemical bonding. It can effectively prevent the erosion of concrete by water and water-borne harmful substances, and significantly enhance the concrete's resistance to freeze-thaw cycles and chloride ion penetration.

 

Characteristics

  • 1 : Excellent permeability: Capable of penetrating deep into the concrete matrix to protect the internal structure from water damage.

  • 2 : Ideal chloride ion penetration resistance:  Reducing chloride ion penetration by more than 90%.

  • 3 : Superior water and alkali resistance: Water absorption ratio < 7.5%; after alkali treatment, the water absorption ratio is reduced by 100% (Note: the original text has unclear expressions here, translated based on context logic).

  • 4 : Soil surface protection:   Also applicable to the protection of brick, stone, rammed earth, and other types of buildings.

  • 5 : Does not alter the appearance of concrete structures, making it especially suitable for the surface protection of fair-faced concrete.
