n-Octyltriethoxysilane Paste

This technology is based on nano-molecular silane materials. It provides three-dimensional protection for concrete structures through full immersion. Silane molecules penetrate into the internal pores of concrete and form a permanent protective layer via chemical bonding. It can effectively prevent the erosion of water and water-borne harmful substances on concrete, and significantly enhance the concrete's freeze-thaw resistance and chloride ion resistance.

Technical Features

  • Excellent permeability: Can penetrate deep into the interior of concrete materials to protect the internal structure of the substrate from water damage;

  • Ideal chloride ion penetration resistance: Effectively reduces chloride ion penetration by over 90%;

  • Reacts with inorganic silicate substrates to form a stable reticulated silicone resin structure, ensuring a service life consistent with the protected concrete;

  • Superior water resistance and alkali resistance: Water absorption ratio < 7.5%. After immersion in 0.1mol/L NaOH solution, the water absorption ratio is 100%;

  • Does not alter the appearance of concrete structures, making it particularly suitable for the surface protection of fair-faced concrete;
