Construction Temperature : 5–45°C
Based on nano-molecular silane materials, this technology provides three-dimensional protection for concrete structures through full impregnation. Silane molecules penetrate into the internal pores of concrete and form a permanent protective layer via chemical bonding. It can effectively prevent the erosion of concrete by water and water-borne harmful substances, and significantly enhance the freeze-thaw resistance and chloride ion resistance of concrete.
1 : Excellent permeability: It can deeply penetrate into the interior of concrete materials to protect the internal structure of the substrate from water damage.
2 : Ideal chloride ion penetration resistance: Effectively reduces chloride ion penetration by more than 90%.
3 : Superior water resistance and alkali resistance: Water absorption ratio < 7.5%; water absorption ratio remains 100% after immersion in 0.1mol/L NaOH solution.
4 : Reacts with inorganic silicate substrates to form a stable reticulated silicone resin structure, thus achieving a service life consistent with that of the protected concrete.
5 : Does not alter the appearance of concrete structures, making it especially suitable for the surface protection of fair-faced concrete.
