Silane Impregnation Agent for Concrete & Stone Protection

Sep 17 2026

Silane impregnation agent is a high-performance, ready-to-use liquid hydrophobic material for porous building substrates, including concrete and natural stone. It is commonly applied by low-pressure spraying for large-area construction.

When sprayed onto the substrate surface, the silane penetrates deeply into the capillary pores of concrete or stone. It chemically reacts with cement hydration products to form a stable hydrophobic zone inside the substrate, rather than merely a thin surface coating. This unique mechanism effectively blocks water and chloride ion penetration, reducing corrosion of steel reinforcement and extending the service life of infrastructure.

The product maintains vapor permeability. It allows internal moisture vapor to escape while repelling liquid water, delivering the typical lotus leaf hydrophobic effect. Under normal environmental conditions, its protective service life can exceed 5 years.

Our liquid silane impregnation agent adopts spraying construction. Its performance is comparable to Sika and Silways 744 silane products. No dilution is required before use.

We can provide samples for your independent laboratory testing and construction videos for your evaluation. Our technical documents are only for your reference; final performance will be confirmed by your own tests. You are welcome to visit our factory for on-site inspection.
